Minecart Dispenser

Does anyone know how to make one of these on single player? +REP Please help I dont have a clue how to make one.

For singleplayer I'd reccomend using a "Pez Dispenser" it uses a glitch with stacking minecarts to work and uses a fast open/close hatch to drop a minecart.
I'd reccomend looking at "Tavirider"'s youtube videos since he's got some good minecart station stuff.

The other option is to use the RSNOR latch powered rail dispenser however this can break and resetting it is painful. Also it's a pain to make and takes up a ton of space, plus-side is that it doesn't break/glitch out in multiplayer:

Thanks The drop thing dont work for me so I've made my own dispenser Do you know how to do this?: When I click a switch what Is connected to a power rail, how would I make it turn off automatically, instantly?

Use a button or use an And gate with one input the switch and the other input a not gated branch of the switch with a repeater after it.
