    Default Bad foot?

    Hai guys
So like I have a bad foot, like I can hardly walk on it. I havent hit it anywhere, and I;ve had it for ages, what can I do to ease the pain apart from painkillers? Btw I went to the doctors they told me to take Ibuprofen and I wear a bandage on it. Thaanks

I think it's just common sense things really, Just try and keep off it as much as possible and keep it rested and follow doctors orders!

Not a lot you can do really. Just rest it as much as possible, keep taking painkillers if needed and don't put any pressure on it.

Yeah, the number one answer to this is probably resting it.
Also, if it gets better to the point where you can maybe start walking, try massaging the parts that used to hurt, so you can release some tension that the feet's been having. ^_^
I was spinning free with a little sweet and simple numbing me.
    Yeah, stumble til you crawl,
    sinking into sweet uncertainty.

I really wouldn't recommend massaging it yourself as you have a very high possibility of making it worse :/
If it is swollen put ice/bag of frozen peas is best, on it for 10 to 15 minutes every 3 hours. This will reduce the swelling and pain. You should then just try moving it little bits at a time making sure you don't cause yourself any pain.
