Didn't notice the new achievements category
. As for the friends list, it now says 'List all Friends' if you reload 
.

Click the 'friendbar.link.friendlist' hyperlink to open your friends list/console.
Not noticed anything else

Dont like the 'List all friends' thing, I much prefer the icon.

Also another super small thing, on the friend bar the background behind the List All Friends button is kinda a different colour to the rest of the bar. You can only really see it when you have it over a black background and you look at it the right way.
