I run for a club and hav got a comp on monday and i keep getting injured >.<
A few weeks ago i fell off my bike and bruised thbe achillies tendan thingy in my ankle,
then i dont know what i did 2 my leg but i cudnt run.
Now i was bout 2 kick a boy for peeing me off and i twisted my leg.
