Higher total, higher rank, can get Melee, Magic and Range up.

Which means total ownage.

Ummmers, because his main is a high level.. So he can only attack like level 70+'s
Buut.. By the time he is 50 ranged he will only be like level 40 :p

And my mage level 22 combat and 35 mage, could probably own a level 35 non-pure just some noobs first account
