Best is subjective, but personally (not including instrumental or classical pieces) I would go for either Green Grass of Tunnel by múm or Ghost Love Score by Nightwish. Neither are my favourite song, but I think both are absolutely outstanding and flawlessly constructed.
However, ask me the same question next week and I'll probably say something else. It's easy to pick a favourite, but near impossible to pick the best.
