Well, I thought "cookies and milk" at first but then I read what you said and I would normally have said "milk and cookies".
I'll be branded a maniac for speakin' the truth and I'll be murdered as soon as I hit the streets with the proof.

imo the cookie accompanies the milk.
i can eat a cookie fine by itself but i can only drink milk with a cookie, if u get me.
