    Default Randomly Sick?

So I figure someone on here probably has the same issue or knows about it, I hope.

So basically, on random days I wake up with a headache, drink water and then throw up. Then basically for the whole day I can't keep anything down (even liquids). It honestly feels like a hangover, but it can't be as I haven't drank the night before (or the night before that).

Any idea what this could be? It's getting so frequent lately it's nearly once a week.

    +REP to any help x

Sounds like it could be migraine. You really should see the doctor I think to get it sorted.

Yeah like Catzsy said , it could be a migraine.

Maybe you're too stressed lately ?

Anyway , you should consult a doctor

Yeah a few people have asked if I've been stressed about anything, but I actually can't think of anything to be stressed about :L
Also, my mum said she suffered from migraines when she was my age too so I'm guessing it's that

Any idea why you get migraines?

Yeah, most of the people who get migraines have a family history of them. I'm not sure why do we get migraines
These are some of the common triggers :

    stress
    change in sleep patterns
poor posture or tension in your neck and shoulders
certain food or drink – commonly chocolate, cheese, alcohol, caffeine
    loud noises
    bright or flickering lights
    certain smells
strenuous exercise if you’re not used to it
    skipping meals
    not drinking enough fluid

I only know a few , others i got it from the internet

    Hope this is helpful.

Ahh okay yeah makes sense! Most times I've got it I've stayed up late on the PC (after doing a weeks work in an office on the PC), AND I drink coffee every morning (whereas I never used to) and my sleep pattern is pretty terrible.
So yeah, makes sense! Thanks for helppp

It could be just your mind, i can make myself physically sick just thinking about getting sick. I've been getting something similar to this recently.

A virus? I'm not so sure as like I said, I get it on completely random days (well probably not random, most likely due to things I have done the day before) and it lasts the majority of the day and then I'm fine :L
