Default How long does it take now a days?

Okay so last year it took the Habbo help team around 24 hours to reply regarding a permanent account appeal. I appealed 6 days a go and received the additional information ticket, and replied instantly. But since then I've not heard anything. Does anyone know how long it takes? Or are they just ignoring me?

    Thanks, Tom.

I'd give it a few more days. Habbo are pretty busy, and have so many more players these days since the merge. It really depends on how busy their Player Support team is and if your appeal needs investigating more thoroughly than others.

I'm sure you will get a reply - have you tried contacting them and asking?

You can only contact them through the actual Player support, so wouldn't it just take longer for them to reply as it would be classed as "none urgent"?

How longs a piece of string?

I waited almost 2 weeks for a reply on a quite basic question, by then I'd worked it out for myself. Oh and the answer they even gave me in the end was wrong. They're crap these days.

They don't ignore you, they are just incredibly busy.

When i send in help requests etc about stuff that i actually need sorting, half of the time they just place my request as 'sorted' and i need to then re-write it all again and make a new request. Then after a few tries 1 person will actually reply and actually sort it out for me
    I've left. I'm back.
