Problems with Sam 2

I am trying to put all of my music from iTunes onto Sam Broadcaster 2, however, it won't let me. I can't find the music and then sometimes, when I can find the music, it says ??

I have tried changing the music to Windows Media Player and it still doesn't work. The only music that plays on Sam Broadcaster is the sample music.

Unfortunately Sam broadcaster 2 can't read .mp4 files, you will have to convert them to mp3. You could try Sam broadcaster 4, considering it's their latest release perhaps it would read the .mp4 files. I doubt it though.

Alternatively you could download programs to convert multiple .mp4 files at once to .mp3. Best of luck.
