Cold or warm water to brush your teeth?

I never knew people would brush their teeth with warm water how horrible would that be!! Cold water for me!

I can't imagine anybody brushing with warm water. Yuck! Anyway I use cold water and then a mouthwash.

lol it's funny people think its weird to brush with warm water, i was actually recommended to by my dentist! think about it though, we use warm water for everything else because it's more effective than cold at cleaning dishes/face etc so it sort of makes sense! i use warm water but sometimes i don't wet my brush at all....
