    You could use a proxy, but it will make your internet really slow once you use it. You might wanna contact your ISP and ask for a new IP.

    Oi Mate, I found the program that I used to use, its called, CyberGhost VPN, Download it, NO VIRUSES, Also, depends on where you get your proxy , its where you'll get redirected to which habbo the proxy is in, but just go to Habbo.com and you'll be there, its pretty fast for me, and it gives you a different IP. Goodluck!

    I don't know how this works but in 2005 when I was IP Banned, I created a new user account on Windows XP and that some how got around it.
