Moving my wireless router

Right before I start, I'd just like to say I'm a bit of a noob when it comes down to things like this so excuse my lack of knowledge/words.

Basically, long story short.. I want to move my router/s. I'm getting rid of my desktop which has the 2 routers, (virgin modem box and my belkin wireless router) and want my router/s in the hallway of my house so I can pick up connection from more places in the house. The routers are currently in the conservatory hooked up to the desktop. The router(s)/modem(s) or whatever are plugged into eachother which are plugged into the desktop so I'm confused on how this is going to work if I'm ridding the desktop and the main modem won't be plugged into anything.

Is this a job I could do myself or do I need to get Virgin round and get a complete new modem/router?

Once again, sorry for the way I've explained it. It's probably poorly explained.

It'll go Wall > Virgin Modem > Router > ~*~computers~*~. So long as you can keep the "Wall > Virgin Modem > Router" bit in place, you're fine (assuming you're on Cable). If you're on ADSL you have to keep it near the BT master socket so you can still get clear phone calls.

I didn't/don't know if I was/am cable or ADSL so I googled them both and I think I'm ADSL because of this picture.

I have no idea. I know that the wire that is in the back of the modem is buried under our floor..

Then you are on a cable connection with Virgin Media. I believe Recursion and maybe the others explained what you can do then

A much easier solution would be some relay adapters - Are you willing to spend?
