I know this is quite old but sometimes when i click a user the "whisper,trade,moderate.." etc buttons don't appear, i have to reload the room for it to show. I hope this is fixed soon

Theirs no arrow to suggest it is and i din't minimise it i'll try get a screenie next time it happens

Yeah I get the same thing. One time I had it so I would click on the person and it would pop up but clicking anything (like ignore, whisper..) wouldn't work.
