Forgot to add useful stuff, silly me, on the whole I doubt it'll be a very comprehensive interview. Did a quick search to see if I could pull up some info and I found the interview process someone else has done:

" the interview process has changed now as its a group interview were you do an ice breaker, build a house out of straws in a team, do a presentation on good and bad customer service and a presentation on an item out of a mag that you are going to try and sell to kfc staff"

But I'm fairly certain KFC is a franchise like McDonalds so it could be different everywhere.
