upon purchasing it you dont get the full 10 hours of combat, its slightly lower i believe, but it lasts for 10 hours fully charged

Dungeoneering regularly, about a month or less if you actually improve (unlike aiden he's still crap).

When you first buy it it comes with 20% charge which lasts 2 hours of combat. best depends on what you're killing but the rapier is usually the first choice since it's brill for most slayer monsters.

yes costs 2mil to recharge from empty to full
