I would recommend using sympoll. It's very easy to install and very easy to use.

true, its a better one, i use it. but it takes up a mysql database, so some may not be able 2 use it "/

sympoll is the best, definatly i use it and if anyone wants me to host one i guess i can, i have unlimited mySQl databases
