I'm in year 11 as well - always had a 2 week timetable at my school. But the length of the lessons has changed twice. Year 7 = 60 minute lessons (6 periods) , Year 8,9 10 = 50 minute lessons (7 periods) and now back to 60 minute lessons. My school finishes at 3:25pm >.< but lessons start at 9:05am.
Here's my timetable:
Week 1:
Monday: 1. English 2. Maths [break] 3. Chemistry (3 core subjects in 1 row ._.) 4. Business Studies [5. Lunch] 6. P.e
Tuesday: 1. German 2. R.E / R.S [break] 3. Food Technology 4. Food Technology [5.Lunch] 6. Maths
Wednesday: New thing called a ''Deep learning day'' - we do different lessons on that day (it's such a ridiculous concept) but it does help provide time for controlled assessments and exams. - But PSHE (Personal Social Health Education) is always Period 3 Week 1.
Thursday: 1. Business studies 2. Business studies [break] 3. German 4. English [5.Lunch] 6. Biology
Friday: 1. Chemistry 2. R.E / R.S [break] 3. English 4. Business and communication studies [5. Lunch] 6. Maths
Week 2:
Monday: 1. P.E 2. R.E / R.S [break] 3. Maths 4. German [5. Lunch] 6. Chemistry
Tuesday: 1. English 2. German [break] 3. Food Technology 4. Maths [5. Lunch] 6. P.e
Wednesday: 1. Food Technology 2. Food Technology [break] 3. English 4. Biology [5. Lunch] 6. R.E / R.S
Thursday: 1. Maths 2. Business Studies [break] 3. Business Studies 4. Biology [5. Lunch] 6. Business and Communication studies
Friday: 1. German 2. Chemistry [break] 3. Business and Communication studies 4. R.E / R.S [5. Lunch] 6. English
(Registration is obviously at the start, which starts at 8:45pm and lasts 20 minutes).
All biology and chemistry lessons, become physics lesson in February -_- .
