I recently used a program (http://www.crucial.com/uk/systemscanner) that scanned my computer, brought up my exact motherboard and told me what RAM I could use to increase performance and I was wondering if there was a program that did this with everything. I'm talking about finding out what upgrades I could have for my processor and such that would be compatible for my computer.

Doesn't state exactly what you can upgrade an item with, but if you look up for example the mobos website you can see the RAM supported by it, if theres a PCI Express x16 slot for graphics, which CPU socket it supports and can figure upgrades through that
