Hey,
I want to start going the gym again to gain muscle + lose fat at the same time, how can i calculate what i eat? Most of my meals will consist of chicken but what other things could i have with my meal that wouldn't be too bad on the new diet?
I can stick to the gym no problem, it's the diet that ***** me over. So i need to concentrate on portion control / Counting calories and fats. What is the easiest way to do it? because lets be honest not all packaged food is entirely clear.

You can also get an iphone app for it. I would recommend also eating maybe some red meat. You could also if you wanted take protein shakes? you have to be careful of the balance of carbs with protein in the shakes tho. Rice and pasta are good with chicken, tho it sounds like your diet will be very boring. Also remember a balanced diet is always best!
