Ehhhh "Popular Games" really seems redundant, I really meant an FPS shooter forum to cover that entire part of the gaming community. The purpose of the tagging was to incite greater discussion of different aspects of games and to prevent all discussion being balled into one thread.
To be honest though I'd restructure the entire games category into something like this:
Forum Games
Computer and Console Gaming
- MMOs (Move RS and WOW threads into here)
- FPS
- Simulation
- Strategy (Or combined with simulation)
- Minecraft (Although popularity is waving, I would wait until official release in case it increases again)
I think this setup of forums and the merging of online games into computer and console gaming would stimulate more discussion, WOW never made sense located in the online gaming forum really as the forum really only represents browser based games. The addition of a separate forum for simulation and strategy would allow those into games such as that to split into separate threads more and would hopefully stimulate more discussion of flight simulator again which used to be so popular in it's sub-forum. The removal of console specific sub-forums makes more sense as most games are cross-platform and nobody has ever played on their Wii for more than a couple of hours any way.

Not a fan of tags but I don't post threads so it wouldn't effect me. You could even call the forum "Popular Games", incase other games that aren't first person shooters become popular. But one step at a time
