Things that make you cringe!

Now from when I can remember whenever someone scrapes a plate with their cutlery it bloody sends shivers around my body and makes me get goosebumps. Even thinking about it causes it, I tend to just cover my ears so I can't hear it! I also know someone at school and it happens to them when they touched this silky material. Does anyone have their own thing that causes this or is this just me

mine is when I scrape my nails against paper, especially shiny photo paper

It used to happen when someone used to use chalk on a chalk board. It also used to happen in metal work in high school when we had to file metal (had this for about a term, it nearly killed me I swear!)

Omg, when teachers write on the white board and it screeches its just like kdfhgjksdhf! and when someones banging around with plates and washing up it just makes me shiver all around my body

Thinking about it, is there even a name for this seeing as it seems to be quite a common thing?

Eeek, just thinking about it is setting me off. I hate it when cutlery is scraped on a plate, when people grind their teeth and when someone gets their nails and drags them across a chalk board.

Having my teeth on polystyrene makes me go all weird!! My Dad can't stand wood on his teeth either.
