Is World of Warcraft worth the money?

I am thinking of playing World of Warcraft but it all seems quite technical and I'm not quite sure I would be able to use all of the features that are available for £10 a month like joining a guild and things like that.

Yes - Very good game, worth the money and all
No - You waste ur life on it, it gets too addictive (HAPPENED TO ME)

I played it for 3 and 1/2 years and don't regret it, I think its worth the money however the game just became stale for me. The best advice I can give you is to try the free trial up to level 20 and decide for yourself if you want to buy sub and carry on playing or not. It's even easier since Cataclysm was released to fully understand the game as levelling is a lot more fluid and forgiving for beginners.

It is a very fun game, seems complicated if you are looking at videos of 80+ but you learn to manage over time.

The game is really easy to play, your get used to it as you level up.

Once you have spent a few minutes familiarising yourself with the interfaces and all its features you won't be thinking the same. It is a basic game.
