It's abit big to be a normal cat, but there is a breed of cat that can grow to the size of a dog, as my mum is interested in getting one.
If it's a cat, it's a cat on steroids.
There's supposedly one or two in Essex, creatively called the Essex Puma and Essex PantherI've seen what looked like one near the zoo, as have a few other people in the area but whether or not it was actually a cat and not a large, black dog is another question
They're not a threat so far so it's not really seen as a problem in the area, unless people really like the deer here. Interesting you brought this up as this is exactly what I thought of when reading this thread
As for this, it could be as it is quite large, but many people are buying large, domestic cats. If it was a lion, you would know as they're far bigger than this. Interesting either way.
