Like Jordan said, usually 7-10 days. However, if it's not a top-priority e.g. "I haven't received this badge yet for completing this competition" it will usually take a lot longer...

I had to wait 10 days for a reply for a request about harassment, my friend had to wait 11 days for a reply about a request on an un-ban.

But yeah, non-priority are answered last. My friend didn't receive XX badge for completing all shells quests, and he's had a ticket in waiting for 17 days now :L

Usually within two weeks I suppose, but sometimes I have to wait 1-2 months!

They apparently reply within 7-10 days after you sent it, although I think they should reply as soon as possible. Stupid to keep people waiting. :rolleyes: They really should reply faster and better.

When i reply they take up to 1-2 weeks which i think is really bad they should get back to you as soon as possible :S

As others have said it usually takes about 1-2 weeks which I think is rather appalling - we joined habbo and some people pay for credits and surely they would be loyal to us and reply quickly when we ask for help, but noo........

It depends on the importance of the email, usually as the others have said 7-10 days but if its something small they could take 2-3 weeks

I have got a reply from them in 4 days sooo basically it takes long when the weekend is there

My reply took 6 days. I've had longer though.
