so basically i'm having real problems with my sleeping, and sleeping patterns and not sleeping enough etc etc. i was just wondering if people thought it'd be worthwhile to go the doctor about it? cause i mean it's not exactly a case of life or death but i am really feeling awful from it.
at the moment i'm waking up at 5am and going to sleep at 10pm. but i'm feeling tired from 8ish. no matter how tired i am, i can't sleep any longer than 5am. which is a bit weird.
all the usual methods of trying to help sleep just don't work, i can't switch off and sleep eurgh
so yeah, should i go to the doctor? should i try in-store medication? any help would be great.
