Talking to him on msn is nothing to do with being active, lol.

I've mentioned you several times to people, I don't see why any foreigner is a group leader, you can't lead a group of people who are on at completely different times.

If you were managing a group of foreigners who were on same time as you ok, but if you're foreigner managing UK people you're rarely/never going to be on same time to supervise/lead/manage them.

don't know "i never see him" is being picked up as a flawed comment. it's completely fair to use that against somebody in a place where you are supposed to be SEEN. how can you be helping people if people never see you? they're not invisible he's not in a ghost sheet floating around.
