Things that make you cringe!

Reading about pain or the sound of pain. Like last week for uni we were reading this article and it said this man pushed his opponent down and stood on his leg with a crack from the bone and I was cringing reading it lmao. My sister can click her ankles and the sound of it eughhhhh

erm the sound of polystyrene when youre tryna get something out of a box. i hate that noise and try to avoid buying things that use it so I dont have to hear it. bubble wrap ftw

Erm, you know when those people makes those dogs and stuff in balloons, the sound of balloon material rubbing together is awful. I started crying lmao.
Felt tip pens that aren't working very well and people use them and they make that horrible sound.

I cringe when watching films, ie Mean Girls. I can’t watch that film without hiding behind a pillow.

I hate the noise of pencils, markers and especially broken pencils being scrapped on paper (I'm actually cringing now)
I hate the feel of cardboard which is horrible because I work in a factory packaging items into boxes
I hate licking envelopes

Washing up. All those little soggy crumbs and the smell... ugh. I hate it so much. And when people bite their nails in public. Do that **** in private, it's disgusting. Also dribbling and people who spit and just phlegm and liquid from the mouth in general. I couldn't wear one of those gum sheilds when we played rugby in school. I just couldn't do it. All the horrible wetness that builds up in them is just aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I'm cringing just thinking about it.

Also, perhaps not cringeworthy but highly irritating, people who periodically chew gum and those who constantly chew even though they've got nothing in their mouth. This old woman was sat in front of me on the train the other week, she whipped out some gum and started chewing like mad. Out of the corner of my eye I could just see her jaw going crazy. I was seriously fuming inside.

OH and people who spit when they speak UUUGHHJHHHGHHKJFHEUFHSEF and people who are constantly sniffing when they have a cold. JUST BLOW YOUR NOSE. UGH. A lot of stuff makes me cringe.

A sound of friction between hand and balloon. I really can't hear it.
