    Because designing and coding websites isn't a strenuous process, focus on what other things you'd use this PC on and buy it according to that.

    /\ That's a solution but watch out with some netbooks. My HP Mini 210 won't go any higher than about 1366x768 when connected to my 1080p monitor via VGA.
