Make The Tutorials Subsection Of Designing & Development Visible

For what reason is the subsection hidden? If it was visible, people may be more inclined to makes tutorials.

This is something which was going to be introduced in a forum update. I'm not sure if it's still going to be made public, but I personally see no reason for it to be hidden. [@]@sct[/@]

It was hidden so a group of users could produce a variety of tutorials before it went public. The idea was there was going to be a group of us making tutorials for it and the public could contribute (by posting in D&D and then being moved if good enough), but it slowed right down.
