Haha, so much makes me cringe I'll just name the main one;

Metal scraping against other metal.

Omg, it's so argghhh when it happens - when someone scoops something out of a metal saucepan with a spoon or fork, my ears just like die, it's so horrible D: Cutlery on plates don't affect me though.

Just thinking about metal scraping metal hurts my ears >.<
