Default A single sentence up date on New Member Posting Reward

    New Member Posting Reward

Some new members may feel intimidated coming onto a large forum and struggle to get started posting around. Although the forum may look big and overwhelming at first, once you get posting you'll realise it's not so bad and that it's fun to start your own discussions and get involved with other member's discussions.

A reward system has been put into place for the first month that you are signed up to the forum to hopefully encourage you to post more and feel more confident around the forum. If you make 100 posts within in the first month of being signed up to the forum then you will be rewarded with 2 weeks Forum VIP! Remeber, If you post in the Spamm thread it does not bring the amount of post you have up! Don't worry if you don't manage to do this, as you get used to the forum and hopefully stay with us longer you will find there are always plenty of ways to recieve special rewards.

If you are unsure on what VIP is then you can follow the link in the section above to read more about it.

We hope to see you sticking around and enjoying the different aspects of the forum and the things we have to offer you

(I know this is only a single sentence, but I did not know this, and I think that this would help many more newcomers out, especialy when they barely know about the forums, Thank you for your time.)

Remember I did not type this up I got it from the Newcomer of the month, and New MemberPostingrewards thread (http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=699413) I only added the sentence that is in bold, red and underlined Italics. The Rest of the port was made by Nicola!

I think when you are a newcomer, then you are more adventurous on the forum and therefore probably look at the descriptions in the sections of the forum before posting, and spam does say it doesn't increase. But I do get what you are saying and we might be able to update it soon.

I agree they would be more adventurous, but im saying thisbecause more than likelywhen they noticed that 100 post within the first month gets them fre VIP, would rush (As I did) to the only place where you can post randomly, and also you can post almost anything (that is not breaking any of the rules) which is the spamm thread, skipping directly over the part which says That it doesnt count as a forum post.

I'm guessing the blue bolding was done by you. If so then I think all it'd really take is red bolding that sentence to warn people.

I agree with you, its not very clear to new members. I'm sure [@]@sct[/@] or [@]@brandon[/@] will add it when they see this though.

Sometimes newcomers go around and post anywhere and say anything without reading the description.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I've edited it and I hope that's clearer now.
