Need PHP Done

Hi,

I normally wouldn't post on here but im wanting a bit of work done for one of my companys, im not revealing anything, nor am i revealing why im spending so much. On a normal forum i'd say this is about £2000 worth but im willing to pay a bit more. I'd say its around 3 months worth of coding, im willing to pay around £3000 via PayPal, Bank Transfer etc. Im not going to pay upfront nor am i going to pay for the system untill i've tested it for around 1-2 weeks. The system will use around 3 API's and will also need a API created for itself.
So heres the score;
3 months worth of work
£3000 into your bank account.
I don't want basic coders, or coders who don't know about security.
