You are repped when you have either posted something brilliant or terrible or just utterly random ;o. If you have been good repped you will have points added onto your total Rep score (you can see this by clicking User CP next to FAQ on the orange bar above this) and if you have been bad repped you will have points taken off. At the moment you have a green square below your Rep Power (which is how much your rep goes up if you rep someone) as you are in the + rep. If you go to - rep, which means people are bad repping you, you will have a little red square. To rep someone you click the little scales button above their post on the right hand side. If you hover over it with the mouse itll say "Add to users Reputation"
