You shouldn't try because thousands have before and 99.99% have failed.
With respect, I think you went onto Habbox or Club Habbo and thought "these websites are really successful, I want to do the same thing". The trouble is that well-established sites such as those mentioned above were innovative and were the first fan sites to exist, and have a devoted userbase whom keep coming back on a regular basis because the sites offer them interesting, unqiue (well, relatively) content. For example, Habbox is pretty much the go-to source for Rare Item valuations.
On the contrary, the list of failed fan sites probably reaches quadruple figures. The reason why they've failed is because they're copying the concepts and ideas of the successful sites. They're founded by people who have gone on Habbox and thought "I can do this!" You probably can't.
I don't mean to offend you, but I doubt you have any revolutionary ideas torejuvenatethe world of Habbo fan sites and interest people in actually visiting your website. Ask yourself this:why would anyone need to go to your site to get something like rare values, when they could just get more reliable ones from Habbox?
