On the homepagey bit of it:

a) Rearrage the order of modules, I'm egotistic so the only one I'm bothered about on a day-to-day basis is the what rep have I received one so stick it at the top so I don't have 500px of minimised modules in the way.
b) The what rep have I recieved thing is missing a space at the beginning of the title thingy where as all the others have one.
c) Scrolling through pages of rep is slightly buggy. If you use drop down to go to a page and then press a button to go forward and back it'll move forward and backward in relation to the page you last go to using the buttons, not the page which you're currently on.

As for the first one, I think that the ability to re-order them for just your own userCP could be a nice addition .

i would also like an option to be able to rearrange modules as the order isn't exactly what i'd choose.

It would be quite good if we were able to swap them around, I'll talk to our Occasional Technician and see what he says about it!

The problem i see with this is that every time the vBulletin gets updated (Which used to be once every 3-6 months) now it is most likely once every month, They will have to get David, if Dave isn't around they will have to pay a freelancer to re-do the work and the template changes, this causes time money. It would be a great feature, but the problems with it would just be pointless

I know that the whole rearranging thing will take a while. But as a temporary measure can you please rearrange it to:

David (Or whoever the new Dev AGM ends up being): Move the notification enable/disable into General Settings as that is User Interface Design 101 (Sensible stuff in sensible locations) and makes it less cluttered.

Oh and anyone with file access: Change "(Show)Latest Reputation Received (BLAH point(s) total)" to "(Show) Latest Reputation Received (BLAH point(s) total)" aka add a space after show, that would be UI Design 102: Consistency.
