My basic setup at the office, hopefully upgrading my screen soon to a 27" Thunderbolt display soon..
My development setup at home..
Left side is my 27" iMac i7, right side is my 15" MacBook Pro i7.
The software I currently use:
Synergy (mouse setup, I don't use it for a keyboard though).
Git Tower
TextMate 2
Chrome, Firefox, Safari
Navicat MySQL
Seesmic Desktop 2 (Social Media, Uservoice Tickets)
Things (Todo App)

Was $999. That, the Griffin Elevator stand, and an iPhone dock was like $1,100 something.
I need to get a smaller stand for the Thunderbolt display so when I sit my iMac next to it, it will be the same height... that was a crazy mistake on behalf of Apple.
