    Good luck with it. I heard its painfull too. I would donate blood but I'm not allowed to, I doubt I would be allowed to donate bone marrow either. But wish you the best anyway. X

    Thought the procedure was just to put two needles in your arms, to take the stem cells from the bone marrow and then pump the blood back into you - will hurt but then again it is life saving.

    S'not like they tear open your arm and hollow/scrape out the marrow with a spoon.
    Should take about 4 hours?
