I guess I can pronounce most things, but in like a tongue twister fashion gets the tongue flying out of my mouth all the way to New Zealand.
    I'm kidding.
and pewsh I had to go one a site just to find words I couldn't pronounce sad... The only two in the entire history of my vocabulary are these:
    hierarchical and
    entrepreneurial
Second one is farly easy, first is just downright hard. I want french toast now.

I have a heavy French accent so you can imagine that it is very funny to hear me pronounce words like 'beach', 'sheet' and 'slot'. I like riding the train from Paris to London and when I am there I keep my spoken words to a minimum because I have gotten laughed at in the past when I mess up my pronunciations. Some of my English friends think it is cute, though, so I guess it can be a blessing!

When I try and say Terminally though I avoid saying it all together - That person is .... Really really sick for a very long time and probably won't get better ennit.

    It's too long winded.
So i just roll with the termaly
