I have a question about 100 freeweb space ( superihost) How do you change your site? THere are so many links and i have no idea what to do plz help me!

Funny i found that also, It was very badly set up... So i just use frontpage...
Haven't updated this in around a year, so now i have

Um.. er.. It has links like site manager.. it's not bad set up you just have to know how to acually make a site.
