done it in a cafe with some friends and i swear, never again, ugh! it was funny but it was disgusting, trust me we got some weird looks! lolol. i love cinnamon but.. not like that. it sticks to your tongue and throat and the texture and taste is horrible!

It's not hard at all. It's really easy imo.
Don't see why people say it's 'hard to swallow' or 'drys your mouth'
Didn't even hesitate etc with swallowing it
