clearly the other guy is cheating but if you honestly think about it, it's his education on the line too so i can see where he'd be coming from... doesn't make it right though.

you don't specifically know that matt, maybe he just had a good source of people to daily vote for him. i mean if he was getting 200 votes daily, i have 700 friends on facebook. wouldn't be hard to get them to vote.
