Im on the lvl where you have to get 80 stars to fight bowzer (Or how ever its spelt :p )But iv only unlocked mario and i dont know where the portrate for laugi ( Or agen how ever its spelt) is can some 1 plz tell me. :d

On the Ghost levels, you must go into the room, with the bookcases, and with a Step thingy, there will be a Red ? Box on there, Wall Jump up onto the ledge, and go threw the door, then theres a poster of Luigi, I've not done it yet, But I know you have to be Luigi.

on boos mansion go to the 2nd level go to the bak right go inj ull see a red
? block hit it nd fly up 2 the above level

You don't need to unlock Luigi to fight Koopa (Bowser). And if you do I don't know because I unlocked Luigi before I completed it. I completed it quickly, I have 84 stars
