    it was hard work but it was really good, and i just popped my headphones in and before i knew it, i'd been there like 2-3 hours. good luck

    how can you guys go to the gym?!

    like @Bethie I just find it far too socially awkward like how can you stand sweating like that all in front of people and I hate resting eugh i hate the gym

    Rozi, most others are there for the exact same reasoning; to keep in shape and to lose weight. It's a gym, of course you will sweat and it's nothing to be embarrassed about.

    I recently started heading back down to the gym and getting more active following more or less two years of very little activity. At the moment I'm going roughly 4 to 5 times a week for an hour and playing squash once a week. Just need to watch what I eat now and I trust I'll start to get back in shape. I sweat buckets at the gym, no-one's ever given me a funny look!
