I think it would of been good to have David and Michael but I think David adds something different to the show which makes the show! Simon did well with choosing the judges this time.

Awww bless her, yeah I remember my friends brother went on it and he had two and then got kicked out and ever saw the judges! Just they let some of the awful ones through just for entertainment on TV.

I don't agree with the 'lower quality acts purely for entertainment' on shows like BGT and XFactor, it just, ruins it a little bit, and everyone complains when the lower level acts get far in the competition...

Hence why I like The Voice a LOT more than BGT's style at the minute,

Even though, I did really get in to it on Saturday, and I'm loving David on the panel, think Alesha needs to chill out a bit, but apart from that, I quite enjoyed it

I agree, I don't think it should be done but I bet some people only watch BGT for the humiliating acts in the auditions The public like to see people making a fool of themselves!

david!! he makes the show, i wouldn't watch otherwise. michael does nothing for me.
jonathon was so scripted. you see simon at the beginning "and you thought it couldn't get worse". yup, scripted. bless him though, i love how before he sang he was all shy and nervous and after he sang he returned to the same really. i hope he doesn't change. can't really remember anyone else ha so guess that was the only good act

I have to agree that he'd be a lot better singing alone... just a shame he relies on the girl for confidence. Her pitch kinda ruined it in places.

You're right about it all being scripted as well... look at his other Youtube videos. He doesn't look anywhere near as nervous as he makes out!
