[HELP] My IPod Freezes

Guys I have a huge Problem about my IPod. It Freezes and Says "Connected Eject before Disconnect". Can someone help me to solve this problem tnx ^_^

No! I connot eject it and it says It Has a another file on another Application, So I forced to eject it. I know its my Fault and it freezes.

If its stopped completely hold down the lock and the middle button for 1min it should work
