I'd create a huge easter egg which has 3 layers. The top layer is made out of fresh strawberries, the middle layer is made out of grapes and the bottom layer is a layer of solid chocolate. Then in the inside is full of melted chocolate which you can dip the strawberries and grapes into!

I'd make a mini-mini-mini technical-egg that has a button on it. When you click the button you say what flavour you want and it creates one that pop-ups from the little egg. You can make eggs how many times u want ;-)

an easter egg with a frozen ice shell, strawberry and raspberry flavour, red & blue like a slush puppy, would be so great.

The shell would be made of different bands of chocolate flavours: a green mint-flavoured strip, an orange orange-flavoured strip, a pink strawberry-flavoured strip, white white chocolate-flavoured strip, brown plain chocolate-flavoured strip, dark brown dark chocolate-flavoured strip, etc. They would all be encrusted with different coloured fruit pastels, and edible silver pearls. Inside would be a layer of chocolate truffle, then a layer of assorted fruity candies embedded in mint chocolate, then a gooey Cadbury's Creme Egg centre.

My easter egg would be made of Jelly Snakes and stuck together with actual Jelly! omgomgomg and then inside it would have Smarties to chuck in some "non typical chocolate" :-)
