I don't watch much TV or Films, but I'd probably say TV. I've been watching Twenty Twelve and Family Guy lately...

If I had to choose, I'd say film. I do like TV and there are plenty of shows to watch but films are just better.

TV, I cannot stand films usually. There's very few films which actually catch my eye.

I guess I'm just more used to TV.

    FILM.

Oh my god, I adore films. I have so many of them, they always help put me in a better mood.

Film of course... even if the best screenwriters working today work in American television (certainly not British).

I'd say film but the two have differences. In a film you can have it all tied up and you can tell the story you want in a few hours. In those few hours you can be taken on a roller coaster of feelings, emotions etc.

A TV show can be good because it can build stuff up - you can go through a longer journey with characters and learn more about them. However sometimes stories end up being stretched and dragged on. For example one my favourite show is 24, which consists of 24 episodes each episode roughly being an hour - Sometimes to make sure they get the exact number of episodes they want things keep happening - people keep getting caught, obstacles are constantly put in the way - usually there is a simple goal but they drag it out - sometimes this can be okay but on some shows it can get annoying.

Going back to film - most films seem to be allowed to experiment more - TV shows seem to follow basic guidelines as they want the majority of the public to watch while as films - you get all sorts and some are more artistic than you would find in a TV show.

Obviously TV! Without TV we would just be watching some sob story for 3 hours every day.

personally prefer tv, have a very short attention span and unless i really like a film i won't watch it without being bored.
