Contact BT Click and ask them to give you any information they have regarding a purchase for your account. I have heard of many people in this scenario who eventually get their account back. If you have never used them for purchasing anything yourself then it's probably from when someone else bought them for you and failed to pay the bill.

BT fraud, that is when you do not actually pay for using the BT landline so you're getting free credits WHEN calling. (Not saying you did) But that seems like a very fair banable offence if you have been.
