BT fraud, that is when you do not actually pay for using the BT landline so you're getting free credits WHEN calling. (Not saying you did) But that seems like a very fair banable offence if you have been.

Edit: Never saw a second page. Well that smells that you're not actually on BT.

Well you were in the process of the credit 'fraud' so you got the ban as well, Habbo assumes that you knew that it was fraud and not paying for it. SO I guess everyone that that guy bought credits for is banned along with him self.

Whether you're with BT or not, the problem itself would have originated from a bt account which is why you'll get the "BT fraud" message, if it had started from a credit card the message would have been "CC fraud" or something.

If you dont use that method, you've got a good chance of getting it back.

If you do, you need to prove your innocence, I suggest the bill payer emails/rungs up sulake and explains they pay the bill, although they may ask for proof as its a serious accusation..
